If there is a clear sky ideal for observing the stars at night that is the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche. A natural space of great ecological value with a rich fauna and vegetation that is located in the western part of Sierra Morena. In addition, it is part of the Starlight area of Sierra Morena, the largest in the world. One of the best places to appreciate what the night sky offers us in a unique natural environment.

The benefits of yoga

Yoga is an activity that allows us to relax and feel good about ourselves. To do this we only have to practice a series of exercises to disconnect from stress while meditating body and soul. If you suffer stress or are simply curious to know more about yoga, you can do it in a magical environment like under the starry sky of Sierra Morena.

The activity

You will practice yoga in a place as beautiful as Peña de Arias Montano, from where we can enjoy the best views of the night sky while a monitor gives a master class of yoga and meditation. It lasts 3 hours and will begin after sunset. The phases of the activity are: "Respiratory Consciousness" (yoga and breathing); "Body Consciousness" (yoga and stretching); "Rejuvenating Pranayama" (yoga); and Meditation.
