Great location, great river, great service! As a newbie to the north of spain I was keen to go canoeing and after extensive research found (much to the exasberation of my spanish girlfriend who'd suggested it all along) that the river Sella was one of the best places to do this. If you've ever canoed the River Wye in Wales its basically like that except with more chance of sunshine (it was 25C and sunny on the day we went) and with more spectacular views (you're in the foothills of the Picos de Europa rather than sunny Monmouthshire). The other difference is that instead of pubs you've got 'Chiringuitos' (think beach bars for rivers) selling beer and the local cider (recommemded). Overall we had a great day, we went in late September so the river was quite low in parts but there was still lots of fun sections and deeper sections where you could get out and swim. The equipment and briefing provided was top notch and the packed lunch was delicious. All in all a big thumbs up from me and I have no hesitation in revommending Montañas Del Norte as your 'go to' choice for a Rio Sella top canoing experience!!

Very attentive team, they took us by van to the exits, they provided us with wetsuits and bottles to protect our belongings. We did the entire route, there are places to stop to rest.
