Via ferrata in Cazorla (La Iruela, Jaén)

This via ferrata in Cazorla is located at the peak of the Mocha near the village of La Iruela, and to the Castle of La Iruela at Sierra de Cazorla.

Easily accessible to both its input and its output is a stepped path where the vertical sections are alternated with racks, to finish with a vertical one in the upper cone, a horizontal traverse and a Tibetan bridge. 

The route is about 560 meters equipped plus an easy alternative that avoids the difficult level in the upper cone of 150 meters. The way back is along the old Las Ánimas mountain path. There is also the possibility of continuing towards Prado Redondo and continue through the GR7 direction of Cazorla or within the Natural Park.

The level is alternated between the 2 and 3, being the difficult level of the upper cone the most demanding both physically and psychologically.
