The Slow Food movement unites the pleasure of eating with social responsibility, sustainability and being in harmony with nature. It seeks to enjoy gastronomic pleasure while taking into account the quality and origin of the ingredients and how they are cooked.
On this route, we will visit two local producers in the area: an organic vegetable garden and a sustainable mushroom farm on oak logs.
Our hosts will give us a guided tour and they will explain their projects in natural spaces. Later on, we will have the chance to enjoy a tasting menu at the Pusaki Restaurant. The menu consists of six dishes: four appetizers, a main course, dessert and drinks. The raw materials that make up this menu are those from the producers, organic products from the area and homemade bread.
This is a plan to fulfill all of your senses, enjoy the natural environment in the company of family and friends.
