Known as "the one of the 7 valleys", La Rioja is a fantastic and ideal land for cycling. The Ebro Valley and the Alhama River Valley are just two examples of the wonderful valleys that are home to an impressive landscape, as well as many paths and trails that are perfect for exploring on foot or by bike. In addition to its spectacular landscapes, it has a spectacular gastronomy. Its wines with Designation of Origin are known worldwide, since it is a land where wine is a whole culture.
Places of unique charm
La Rioja is a symbol of nature, since about 40% is protected area. The Sierra de Cebollera Natural Park is distinguished by its vast natural forests full of wild pines, beech, birch and oak trees through which the Iregua River runs. A place where you can find the peace you need and disconnect. Other places of great interest is the Valles del Jubera, Leza, Cidacos and Alhama biosphere reserve where you can get to know nature in its purest state.

We propose a three-day tour through the forests of the Iregua, Najerilla and Oja rivers. You will have the opportunity to lose yourself in some spectacular surroundings and visit towns that preserve buildings of wonderful architecture, declared of tourist interest: Ezcaray or Santo Domingo de la Calzada, of National Historic Interest; Villoslada de Cameros, a town still with a village configuration, and Anguiano.
