Kayaking in the Sil

Kayaking on the mighty Sil River is a wonder. Along with the Miño, the Sil River is one of the most important rivers in Galicia. One of the best known natural places where it passes are the canyons of the Sil River where the river has been forming over time a great canyon that rises up to 500 meters high. We recommend you to go rowing along the famous river in a tour through one of its most beautiful stretches in Ourense.

The activity

For about 3 hours (approximately) you can take a pleasant kayak ride along the Sil River as it passes through the region of Valdeorras. We offer you the possibility of choosing between 3 different sections: whitewater section; fast section; and scenic section. All this accompanied by a local guide who will explain everything about the environment and flora.
