Activity description

Mountain route for the whole family in Prado Redondo.

It’s a 6km route of low difficulty, where you will be accompanied by qualified instructors and guides. You will have all the equipment needed and insurances needed.

We will leave from our facilities, located on the highway of the mountain range at A319 16,5km, at 10 o'clock.

Later, we will climb up the path to the peak of Mocha, where you will enjoy stunning views over the Iruela and the Jienese countryside.

We will continue until reaching Prado Redondo, an old forest house where we can find remains of the mountain agriculture, originated in the middle of last century. Although the forest house is not in great conditions, the different rooms, corral, rooms, the era, etc. can be appreciated.

We will continue our route to the Chapel of Virgen de la Cabeza, where we will have magnificent views of the town of Cazorla and its surroundings.

Finally, the path will reach the Castle of La Iruela, where we can visit it and the route at our place again.

You have to be at least 14 years old.
