In this exclusive gastronomic and hiking tour of Serón you will learn from how to make cheese up to the cultural secrets of the town's history. The tour will be two days of cultural interest and food tasting of the area.
Day 1: Visit to the Cheese Factory
We will wait for you at the panoramic viewpoint to receive the welcome pack for the gastronomy route. We will visit the Cheese Factory, where you will not only see how the product is made, but you will be able to work with it and do it yourself.
Afterwards, we will make a stop at the Los Arrieros Abacería, for a "slow coffee", where you can also buy the products of the area, km0, and a very interesting colloquium about the history of Serón. The most emblematic places of the town will be described, which you can visit and enjoy during the excursion.
After the recommendations for free time, we will visit the Ham Dryer before lunch.
At 2:00 pm lunch is scheduled with subsequent free time to enjoy the area, for which we recommend following the advice given.
At 9:00 p.m. it will be dinner and the return to accommodation.
Day 2: Route through the Sierra de los Filabres
During the second day of the visit, you will enjoy a wonderful route through the Sierra de los Filabres, where during the mycological season specimens of mushrooms from the area can be observed.
We will tell you the secrets of the zone, and finish the tour with a lunch of products KM0, from the land of Serón.
