Activity

This activity offers you a contact and initiation on apnea. It pretends that you manage to develop the necessary skills to be able to practice this sport. To do this, it begins with the development of knowledge, security, techniques, equipment and awareness. Afterwards, we will move to a nice cenote ideal to reach the goal of breathing for 90 seconds. The goal is for you to learn to swim at least 25 meters underwater. An expert guide will accompany you at all times and give you all the necessary instructions. Includes lunch.
