In this activity you will visit an ecological farm of goats located in the heart of Parque Natural Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche.
We will be able to learn the techniques of milking in a practical way and we will also learn to collect the goat’s milk.
After the milking workshop, we will visit the preparation room and the dryer where artisan cheese is elaborated, we will know in detail the drying and curing techniques, as well as the different types of cheese.
Once the farm installations are visited, we will have a workshop of goat’s cheese elaboration in an artisan way and we will have the chance to elaborate a fresh cheese than we will later be taking home.
The activity is complemented by a wine and cheese tasting of Parque Natural Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche.
