Canyoning (Abdet, Alicante)

We've been working on team building with Nando for a long time and it's amazing. The exercises in the classroom and in nature help us a lot to work on real problems or projects that we later find ourselves in the office. In addition, Nando makes the sessions super entertaining, so these are days when we get together a lot with our colleagues.

Fernando is a great professional. Surely you know him more for his relationship for years with active tourism in the area, his passion for adding value to the environment, heritage and adventure sports, but for me it is especially interesting in his version as a trainer. I have been very lucky that my company has opted for team building and even more to do it through the methodology that Nando facilitates. You don't know how interesting it is, both to get to know yourself @ in the work environment and to understand your colleagues. It is a deep reflection that you learn through different dynamic techniques. And you know the best? That everything you learn you put into practice live, in the physical environment with the outdoor part.
