Activity description

The famous downhill of cañones de la Cerrada del Utrero is made in an area of Guadalquivir located 14 km away from its starting point, inside Parque Natural de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas. Through its limestone tracks, with waterfalls and amazing pools of crystal clear water, you will be able to get initiated in this sport in contact with nature.

You will have adventures and a lot of fun in this activity that combines downhill, swimming and climbing in a striking landscape like it is Parque Natural de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas.

You’ll get started, with the equipment needed that we will provide, and enjoy this activity in the course of crystal clear waters overcoming different cliff jumps. You will be able to jump into pools of 4 to 9 meters (if you dare to, if not, there are alternative routes) and enjoy rappelling.

Barranco de la Cerrada del Utrero offers an alternative route in case you change your mind once we have started. Also, the level of difficulty in this journey is progressive, which allows you to get more confident as you advance.

Any hard spots have an alternative way. If you don’t feel ready, you can opt to do a more suitable route. It’s a safe and fun cliff.

You have to be at least 12 years old.

After this time, Tierraventura Cazorla has established that no one can cancel the activity once the booking is placed.

If the activity had to be cancelled because of weather conditions, you would have a full refund.

We have loved the attention and the canyoning activity. My husband and my 8-year-old daughter made it and it was phenomenal. It is true that the little ones have to be intrepid since they jump from places of more than 6 meters. The monitors are very attentive and professional. All fantastic!

We have done the Mocha ferrata and it has been great!!! It was the first ferrata we did and we found it affordable and exciting at the same time, with incredible views. Lourdes a machine as a guide, super educational! He has explained to us many curiosities and history of the area. Belén from the office also very nice! 100% recommended
