Come with us to an amazing 7 day trip to get to know the two Spanish National Parks: Monfragüe and Doñana.
The first day we will go towards the town of La Sagra, in Toledo, to watch steppeland birds like great bustards, Iberian gangas and little bustards. We will also visit the Arrocampo reservoir, where it’s possible to watch 9 different types of Spanish garzas.
The second day we will arrive to Monfragüe, home to the black stork, among many other species. From there, we will go towards the plateaus of Cáceres to find the newly arrived European carracas and grey eaglets.
The following days we will going through Doñana National Park. We will visit the town of El Rocío, Matalascañas beach, the José Antonio Valverde Visitors Center and Dehesa de Abajo; watching, among many other species, crested coots, marbled teals and coloured ducks.
We will use the last days to get to know Brazo del Este, near to Doñana, and Salinas de Bonanza; places that, for sure, will bring us some nice surprises.
