Activity description

Visit the island of Ons with a series of activities that will make you connect with nature in a special way.

Atlantic islands

The Atlantic Islands National Park is one of the most magical places in Galicia. A territory formed by the islands of Ons, Cíes, Sálvora and Cortegada. Every year, there are many visitors who come to this protected area and that hosts an important biodiversity with a large laurel forest and seaweed species.

Connect with nature

Three days await you where you will not have time to get bored. You can discover the natural paradise of the island of Ons and the island of Sálvora with two guided tours to explore the most incredible points of the islands. In addition, a kayak route to discover special corners and a healthy cooking workshop with the help of a renowned chef.

Itinerary

Day 1. Welcome to paradise

We will receive you in the afternoon at the Glamping Illa de Ons in a welcome meeting where we will explain the details of the program and visit the Island of Sálvora for hiking.

Day 2. Retreat in Ons

After a nutritious breakfast we will accompany you in a yoga session in the spectacular natural environment that surrounds us. We will continue the day discovering the island through a hiking trail and a running session. We will stop to replenish energy after a healthy cooking workshop. We will get a better perspective of the natural park from the sea with a kayak route and end the day with a yoga session at dusk.

Day 3. Visit us again!

We will do a yoga session at dawn and say goodbye with a spectacular breakfast so that you leave the island with charged batteries and a better physical condition.

Displacements included:
Transfer by catamaran from the port of Bueu or Portonovo to the Island of Ons.
